Everything is tastefully refined, there are halls, a spa, 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is a 450sqm heated pool. The second, Villa nel Verde, is finely furnished, and comprises 4 rooms including a triple, 5 bathrooms including one with washer and dryer, an indoor Spa of 25 sqm and a panoramic outdoor pool, both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen, which has a 200-sqm panoramic terrace. The third, Villa Giardino, has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, large terraces with outdoor kitchen, a 16-by-7-meter outdoor pool, a panoramic 500-square-meter lawn, a large indoor living room with a fireplace and very large open space kitchen, a Tv room and a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
