Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a walkway that cuts through the terrace and includes approximately 30 stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.60 meters (8.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a circular shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the valley and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will reach it from the living room going down a route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the vineyards.
Ground FloorLiving Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house, and include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has a Juliet balcony.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
Top FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).
