Villa il Castellaccio lies in a panoramic position surrounded by vineyards and olive groves at Lucolena, near Greve, in the heart of the Chianti countryside. It has an independent VILLA with its own private pool & garden. Inside you can find in the ground floor: 2 living rooms, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms with shower, upstairs 1 attic room with 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms with shower ( for tot. 10 people). It's possible have until 2 eventual extra single sofa-beds in a private attic room with en-suite bathrooms with shower (Extra Euro 200 per sofa bed per week to pay on spot) so total 12 people. Down stairs equipped Kitchen, dinning room, laundry.
Included in price: All household linen per week, Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, gas for cooking,1 eventual baby-cot on request, parking.

On our hilltop you can find an C11th church and the ruins of the original Castle, destroyed in the C14th strife between Guelfs and Ghibellines. But after an exciting day out it’s great to get back “home” to the fresh country air and a dip in the pool !
Cooking classes and Dinners with Chef: It is possible to organize Cooking classes and Dinners (for those of you who just love the food but don't cook) with a professional Chef who comes to your kitchen on the evening you prefer- it's a great highlight to a stay at Villa il Castellaccio and very popular.
