Relax in the adorable "Little Blue House" on a 13 acre farm in rural East Texas. This unique stay will give you all the comforts of home just yards away from longhorn cattle, mini ponies and donkeys and a herd of goats. The guest house is spacious and comfortable and built in 2018. Just a short walk across the backyard takes you to the brand new 30k gallon swimming pool and deck. (Pool is open May-Sept. and only for guests age 13+) Fall in love with the country life!
The space:
Located 100 yards off a rural road, enjoy country living at its finest. The iconic big red barn adds the perfect farm vibe. The sunsets are incredible and you can't beat the star-filled nights.

Please note: we do have two sweet farm dogs that are very social with our guests. They are not allowed in the house, no matter what they say. It is their job to scare off any dangerous wildlife across the 13 acres and they do so by barking. If you are a light sleeper, we keep a sound machine and fan in the bedroom, but if you require more measures, please plan accordingly.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck that overlooks the pasture or enjoy the fire-pit in the front yard. Weather/seasonal permitting, take a dip in the brand new swimming pool built in 2022. Pool is open May 1-Sept 30 and for guests ages 13+.

Guest access:
The guest home is yours to enjoy as well as access to the pool and pool deck. Take a walk around the farm, pet the critters and enjoy the sweet country life.
Guests are not permitted to access the gated pasture without host supervision.
There is one bedroom in the guest house that will be locked and off limits.
Other things to note:
Pets are not allowed.
There is no smoking at all on the property.
Children are not recommended to stay. Exceptions can be made upon request but additional rules will apply. No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the pool area.
