In 1876 it underwent its first transformation into a farmhouse and only today, thanks to a skilful restoration project that brought the structure back to its original beauty, a country villa rental has been created. The house is situated inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti in a peaceful and panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.) between Siena and Florence. At guests’ disposal garden and equipped outdoor areas, equipped loggia (barbecue), irregular-shaped enclosed swimming pool (7x14) (01/05-13/10), toilette/changing room. Included in the price 2 hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Friday included, baby bed (to be requested when booking). To request at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: domestic help extra hours, cook. It is possible to purchase the estate produce.
