The spacious family room has an open floor plan attached to a newly installed kitchen with vaulted ceilings complete with GE Monogram refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, pantry, microwave, toaster, blender, & Keurig and a standard coffee maker. Hardwood floors recently refurbished. Interior/ exterior newly painted. All new beds/ mattress/ bedding. Keep the sand outside with the outdoor shower.
Located a few houses from the beach, the sun and sand are waiting. The spiral staircase to the second floor features grand windows and beautiful views.
