Positive: I liked the resort cleanliness especially, the spa and gym were also great.

Negative: The food! It's Mexico, so I expected more well seasoned dishes. All but 1 dish is ate was bland with little to no flavor, like the chefs cater to a ''specific' group of people. I also didn't like the accommodations that were barely made for my sister's birthday. It took them until late in the evening to bring her a"Happy Birthday" slice of cake to the room, and we received NO banner like other people who were celebrating.
