The Bonanniathe apartments are part of a small hamlet, with fifteen apartments, each of them with its own privacy. Here you'll have a great time enjoying the peace of nature and the terrific view of the Chianti hills.
The complex is nested in the heart of the tuscan countryside and surrounded by vineyards, olive and cypress trees.It is only few kilometers far from Florence, so from hereyou could plan different excursions to this wonderful city full of art and history.
The garden is very wide, about an hectare, and surrounds the whole complex.Here you'll find benches where you can sit, read a book or just have rest, enjoying the magnificent view of the hills!Only birds would break the silence of nature, and sometimes you could see little deers jumping in the fields around you.
In the reception of the complex you will find at your disposal a free internet point.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Chianti hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the beginning of October.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by tall cypresses. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Bottom FloorKitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
Middle FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. In this room an additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a single room. In this room you will find a small satellite television (local channels). Here you will also find a safe.
Top FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
The first bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
