Summary: Communication with the host was perfect. He helped us set up and ensure the BBQ was working so we could have a BBQ for the 4th. He also allowed an early check-in since we arrived to town early. My son had to sleep on the pull-out sofa, but as the listing says, the mattress was very comfortable. Great space for my family, and it was good for our dog with easy access to take him outside. The hot tub took a while to heat up, but once it did, it was an added benefit. Very good location, central to everything you wish to do. Also, the downstairs beds were very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a great stay!
