Arco Apartment is one of the 4 apartments that make up Villa Conca d'Oro, a beautiful property situated in a panoramic position among the Chianti hills, halfway between Florence and Siena.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and has a small private garden with private parking and private entrance.
Among the external areas, shared with the other guests, you will find a beautiful pool (6 x 12 m), located at a lower level of the garden, and equipped with some parasols and sunbeds. From here you can admire a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
At guests' disposal there are also: a small shared spa (whose use is included in the price), equipped with a hot tub and a sauna; a restaurant, adjacent to the villa although well separate from private spaces. The restaurant is open to all.

It is made up of: a large open-space with living room, kitchen and double access to the private panoramic garden; a double bedroom (with safe box and direct access to the garden); 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bathtub and one with shower).

Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); welcome basket; use of the spa; house, garden and pool maintenance; mid-week cleaning with change of kitchen and bathroom linen for stays of 7 nights; a complete cleaning with linen change for stays longer than 7 nights.
Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning (€15.00 per hour); extra linen change (€35.00 per bed); heating according to consumption; breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the villa's private restaurant; first shopping service. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 250,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
