Summary: The hotel charged me a deposit for my small dog that was non-refundable. The manager said it is to do a really good job of getting dog hair off the bed, floor and other places. I think that’s called regular cleaning, which should be done anyway. Well, they didn’t clean our room very well at all before we arrived. There was old rice in the night stand, dirty microwave, stains in the floor, dirty walls and dust everywhere. I’ve stayed there before a long time ago when the paint was fresh, towel bars, light fixtures and lamps were in great shape. Now, the cosmetics of the property have not been kept up. There’s rust on everything that should be chrome, the walls need cleaning and painting and the carpet in the hall is filthy. There was a leak in the laundry room and water sat for a day in a half in the hallway. The water in the tub was discolored and the tub fixtures were bad. The pictures of the hotel matches when it was first opened, that don’t make the deteriorating property that it is now. Save yourself some anguish and go somewhere else. See pictures below. I have many but can only upload 8.

Summary: When you know better, you do better and I will do better next time. The phone in my room didn't work, there were small roaches and crickets crawling around and the walls were paper thin because I could hear other occupants all night. And one person on the hall had the audacity to ask my daughters if they wanted to buy weed?!?!!! It was not a pleasant experience. And I was charged $50 for having my dog and it said that nowhere on their website! But the bed was comfortable.
