This beautifully situated apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in a district of Schmallenberg in the Sauerland region. It features a separate entrance, a large, covered balcony and a terrace.
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, there is an 18-hole golf course, a ski lift and numerous hiking trails. Enjoy the peace and proximity to nature. You can explore the surroundings on many well-marked hiking trails. In the winter, skiing fans get their money's worth thanks to the proximity to the famous ski areas of Winterberg and Willingen. Excursions into the region are also recommended: The amusement park Fort Fun, Winterberg, Willingen, the Panorama Park, Kahler Asten, Erlebnisberg Kappe, Schloss Berleburg (historical place). A great hiking trail was reopened in the village in 2021.
