Villa Valle del Sole is ready to welcome you. Our house has been completely renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. The villa is made up of two independent apartments; "Il Gelso e L'Ulivo" and is immersed in the vineyards and hills, 2 km from the town of Orsogna. Located between Lanciano and Guardiagrele and 20 minutes from both the sea and the mountains.

Our house is particularly suitable for groups of friends who want to have an unforgettable holiday or out-of-town trip together. Villa Valle del Sole is made up of two residential units: L'Ulivo and il Gelso and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
The Accommodations
The "L'Ulivo" house has a newly equipped kitchen, an extendable table where 10 can eat comfortably, a comfortable living room with sofa bed, 32" flat screen TV and a cozy pellet stove, a triple bedroom with private bathroom and a double bedroom with shared bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and 24" LED TV.
The house "Il Gelso" is on 2 levels. It has a comfortable living room with a 50" flat screen television, a bathroom on the floor, a brand new kitchen with all the necessary to prepare gourmet meals. It has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ceiling fan (one double, one twin and a single but which can also become a double according to needs) and a bathroom on the first floor. The double bedroom and the twin bedroom also have a 24" LED TV.
The outdoor spaces
Guests can relax in the garden and admire the view while cooling off in the swimming pool or comfortably with a cocktail prepared in the outdoor bar. The property also offers a large private enclosed parking, an external bathroom, a barbecue area equipped with tables and chairs for relaxing outdoor dinners.
