The villa enjoys panoramic views across Penne lake to the medieval hilltop town of Penne and beyond to the Adriatic. The villa is a 2 storey with cotto floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with feature fireplace which leads directly onto the covered patio. On the patio is a 6 person marble table for dining whilst enjoying the views. Also on the ground floor there is the master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite shower room. The bedroom has patio doors which lead directly to the pool and sun terrace. On the first floor, which is reached by a curved staircase within the turret, there is a large sitting room. Also on the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 bunk beds as well as a modern shower room. Outside there is the private pool and changing room.
