Quietly located on a pretty hillside in the heart of the Florentine countryside the property is part of a 14th-century farmhouse and is surrounded by a large fenced-in garden and century-old trees. The villa is semi-independent with a private entrance and an automatic gate. Ideally set up for alfresco living the property benefits from a large, paved terrace with a gazebo for pleasant outdoor meals, a BBQ and a sun terrace.
Inside the characterful house is arranged over two floors and is decorated in traditional Italian style, with carefully chosen antiques and well-kept furnishings. The ground floor benefits from several flexible living spaces. The main open-plan living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, a smart flat-screen TV, a coffee table, a beautiful fireplace and a dining table.
