Negative: The apartment looks good from the photos, but be prepared for a number of inconveniences in it and a complete unwillingness of the service to solve certain problems. On the day of check-in, it turned out that the air conditioning system did not work in any rooms except the hall, we wrote to the staff about this problem, he gave instructions that did not help solve the problem, to which the staff replied that they did not know how to start the air conditioner and would tell you later when they solved this problem. For your information, the temperature in the apartment itself was 30 degrees due to the faulty air conditioner! It is impossible to be comfortable in the apartment in such conditions! And, attention, these people solved the air conditioning problem only after a WEEK, how do you like this service?! In addition: Wi-Fi works as it should only in the hall, in the rooms it works slowly and turns off, and on the terrace only near the hall., the bed in the children's room creaks incredibly loudly, which wakes everyone up when you get up from it, there are no shelves for shampoo, gel in the shower, you have to put it all on the floor when you wash and pick it up in the process, there was no soap in the soap dish when you checked in, one roll of toilet paper was new, and the second was half used., And, of course, under the beds you will find a lot of dust, which was apparently left for you as a gift.
