Conveniently located off of hwy 83, between Concan and Garner, this location is ideal for those who want the best of both worlds. We are close to the water, but away from the crowds. You'll be able to enjoy the river all day, then come home and relax away from the hustle and bustle.

This area is surrounded by birds, who make daily appearances in the morning. So far, we’ve spotted a Indigo Bunting, Vermilion Flycatcher, blue birds, cardinals, the rare Golden Cheeked Warbler, and many more incredible birds.
You will have fun access to the entire house. This includes both bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen and living room, and outdoor bbq pit, and front porch.
