2 Bedroom Apartment in Bellariva, Rimini
The room is located inside our art atelier. It is furnished in a simple way, but also embellished with some of our works. The room is large, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a balcony overlooking a quiet street. THERE IS NO USE OF THE KITCHEN. However, in the corridor we have placed a table-top refrigerator and a microwave oven. For the winter periods, as heating, there are: heat pump in the room and fan heater in the bathroom. The accommodation has just been renovated. The entrance to the apartment is shared with our atelier, but the room and bathroom are private. The house is a beautiful 70's house 10 minutes walk from the beach.
Another room is available only if there are more than 3 guests.
The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well furnished, we want it to be left in the orderly and clean condition in which it is found. Please have respect for the things and objects in the house. We love polite and respectful people.
Cleaning and clean linen only at the entrance. Then the guest will have to provide for himself.
Please treat the house as if it were your own. Respect for the owners please, and DO NOT SMOKE inside the house.
ONLY people who have booked on AIRBNB are allowed in our house. Unauthorized people are not allowed.
