This fully renovated home is located just 8 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheatre- an easy drive to/from the concerts. Walk out your door to all that Sunland has to offer, including Phoenix Pizza and Bar, ice cream, espresso, convenience store, park, public beach and boat launch.

The space
This spacious home boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a massive living/diningroom, and a handy laundryroom. Two bedrooms are outfitted with new king sized beds and a third bedroom has maximum sleeping capacity with a full size bed and bunk beds. The couch is also super comfy to sleep on and there is a self-inflating queen bed available with ample space in the livingroom or out on the deck under the stars for your extra guests to sleep, bringing total sleeping capacity to 10 people!
