Downstairs features the main bedroom with sea views, King bed, flat screen TV, ipod dock. Double access bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Lovely courtyard at the rear with outdoor setting and a remote controlled double lock up enclosed carport and small lawn garden. Garage door is 2m in height.
