Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, you're just 3 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around fire pit. Lake Bales Sunrise House includes a full-sized stack Washer/Dryer, ample parking in the 2-car garage, WIFI, throughout the townhouse, and flat-screen TV's in every bedroom. An elevator can be made available with a signed waiver for those who need the use of one.
