The B listed stone built building is the centrepiece to the courtyard development, imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature window on the upper flloor that commands magnificent views of the Kinnoull Hill famous Folly. The accommodation had been completely refurbished to a traditional design with high quality of furnishings. Downstairs comprises of a fully modern kitchen with dinnig area, Combination oven/grill , electric glass hob, Microwave, washer/dryer, Kettle , toaster and Iron facilities.
