The house, complete with all comforts, is fully air conditioned. The area is well connected by the Cumana railway (trains every 20 minutes to Naples or Pozzuoli) and by buses to the sea which is 6 km away with discos and beach clubs and its beach parks. It is about 6 km from the Port of Baia with connections to the Ischia, Procida and mini-cruises to Positano and Amalfi. In the surrounding area you will find various services including pharmacy and ATM and typical food shops (delicatessen, dairy, bakery, fishmonger etc ..) while the nearest supermarket is about 3 km. Area well served also by pubs, trattorias, ice cream parlors and restaurants where you can taste the local delicacies. In addition, the Santa Maria delle Grazie hospital is only 3 km away. Just 3 km from the archaeological excavations of Cuma, The Temple of Jupiter and Nero's Tomb and about 5 km from the Aragonese castle of Baia.
