The new and lovingly renovated group seminar house Chia di Mütt offers space for 8 - 12 people. A hiking trail leads from the village of Spruga up to the house in 45 minutes and offers a wonderful view over the wild and romantic Onsernone valley and the surrounding mountains.
There are 4 bedrooms with 9 beds (5 single and 2 double beds) and the possibility of placing additional mattresses in the group room. 3 bedrooms have direct access to the covered balcony. The cozy, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, corner bench and a large fireplace looks inviting. From the kitchen-cum-living room you can directly access the garden. The large roof group room (approx. 50m2) with separate toilet, balcony and exit to the garden is suitable as a seminar room (e.g. for lessons, yoga, constellations ...) and also as a mass storage facility.
On the ground floor are the cloakroom, 2 toilets, 3 showers and a double sink.
The Rustico Sognett and the group house Chia di Mütt are right next to each other and can also be rented together.
