The residence, having been renovated in November 2007, covers an area of approximately 7,000.00 square meters. with an enchanting view of Lake Barrea. The apartment, completely furnished recently, consists of an entrance-living room, kitchenette, hallway, bathroom and bedroom and provides all the necessary comforts. Externally it has a large garden (downstream side) that leads to the living room and small courtyard (upstream side) and from the entrance to the bedroom. The rental includes an uncovered parking space of exclusive relevance and the right to property in the common areas of the condominium including green areas used as a relaxation area. The residence has two driveways and two pedestrian entrances. The residence where the property is located is a short walk from the historic center of the Municipality of Barrea. It is also about 20 km from Pescasseroli, 30 km from Roccaraso and Rivisondoli and about 10 km from Passo Godi, therefore from the relative ski slopes also equipped for cross-country skiing. It is also about 10 km from Camosciara with the possibility of excursions even in the surrounding areas. In summer, Lake Barrea is equipped for bathing and all related activities. In the area it is also possible to go cycling and horse riding.
