Enjoy the view as you sip your a coffee or tea. Assemble a puzzle at the small table attached to the kitchen. We have provided great literature and board games for your enjoyment. The hot tub is also available year round.
The living areas (den, living area, and sun room) give you lots of space to spread out and do all the different things you enjoy.
The pool is available for your enjoyment during the warm months (loosely April through October).
This modern home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a hot tub and seasonal (loosely April-October) in-ground pool. There are two fireplaces that are no longer functional. Please enjoy them without fire.
All the bedrooms and full baths are located on the second story. There are blackout curtains in each room for optimal sleep.
The master bedroom has a king bed with extra pillows. There is a crib located in this room. The attached master bath has a tub with jets and a shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The attached bathroom includes a large shower.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a comfy lounging sofa.
The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located next to the third bedroom, albeit not attached.
There is a full sleeper sofa in living area 2 (den), linens are included. This room has a door and curtains at the windows. A day bed can be found in living area 3 (sunroom) as well.
The dining table seats 8. An additional 3 bar seats, and breakfast nook that seats 4, gives you ample space for meals.
There is room for 4 cars to park in the drive and 1 in the garage.
The hot tub is available for your enjoyment year round. The pool is open 24/7 from April to October. Pool floaties or toys are not supplied.
You'll have the whole property. The outdoor garage is not accessible to guests.

Mifflinburg is the perfect blend of small town America with rolling countryside and farmland. The Buffalo Valley Rail Trail runs from Mifflinburg downtown to Lewisburg. Come experience it yourself!

A secondary propane tank for the BBQ can be found in the garage.
The pool will be checked and water tested every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7AM.
The basement and barn on the property are non-accessable to guests.
No automatic Sunday check-in. We like to give our cleaners a break that day. If needed, please request it and we'll see what we can do.
