Swimming pool with the possibility of covering for medium and low seasons (6x 12 m, depth from 1.10 to 2.20 m) and fenced, enclosed garden with automatic gate, indoor covered parking, barbecue, wood-burning oven, pets allowed, connection internet wi-fi.
NB. The house is located near a provincial road of very low traffic which connects the villages of Radicofani and Celle sul Rigo.
Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
