Our family estate is located on a private one acre, facing Casco Bay. This is a private residence that we come to throughout the year that we enjoy sharing with others during the peak season. Built in 1982, our cape cod style home has been renovated on the inside, while retaining the original structure and use dating back to it's original construction.
With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our home is perfect for a family get away. Fully remodeled kitchen, living room and fireplace facing the ocean, a full basement with walkout french doors to the oceanside, and a deck facing the bay will provide endless memories!
Please note that our deed restrictions and covenants do require guests to be limited to private families only and must not exceed 12 guests at a time. Families looking to book must provide a roster of all guests and relation to one another. Our home is located within a private residential neighborhood and has a zero tolerance for nuisance. No events or parties are permitted under any circumstance.
Our home is currently undergoing renovation and will be available for stays starting mid May. Finished pictures will be posted and updated closer to April. The home will include the following amenities:
