Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Beautiful and well-equipped townhouse in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the games in the basement but the foosball table shaky, so the screws need to be tightened. The house was comfortable and spacious with the carpet. The large kitchen has all the tools needed for a family of 6.

Negative: Unfortunately, the TV in the living room did not work. We couldn't have a family time together on the many couches provided and watch and family movie. The bed in the master bedroom was broken on one side and was bent on that side. I ended up worsening my lower-back issue in the morning when I woke up. The following nights I had to sleep on the other side and my husband had to sleep downstairs on the couch. I left a voicemail and emailed the host, but he never bothered to respond. Another thing that I did not appreciate was to leave a tip for the cleaning person whereas I had already paid $295 in cleaning fees during the booking process.

Summary: We would love to come back if the TV and bed problems could be fixed.
