It is a house that combines the simplicity of forms with the refinement of details with excellent views of the sea (a 10-minute walk from S. Julião beach), full of natural light, it offers the best of both worlds, the tranquility of countryside and sea air.

The outdoor pool is great for taking a dip (can be heated for an extra fee), well located on a large terrace to the south, with lots of sunshine that invites you to relax or play in the water.
