The house lies at the beginning of the village in a sunny position with wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountain range. To the side of the house there is the very spacious, newly created outdoor area with a lawn, granite stone terraces and a grotto with barbecue area, kiwi pergola with a large stone table. Garden furniture to linger and to enjoy the wonderful panorama. Driveway until house. 3 reserved, covered parking spaces. Village centre and bus stop about 100 m. Shops about 2 km.
