Heated with a large heat pump, to keep you warm or cool, no matter the season.
We are located a 2 minute drive from Lake Opuha, popular for water sports and fishing, a little over 30 minutes to the summit of Mt Dobson skifield, Fox Peak skifield, and about an hour from Round Hill skifield. Fairlie is a short 10 minute drive away, and Lake Tekapo is 30 minutes away.
Queenstown is less than 3 hours away, so this also makes a nice overnight stay, to break up your travels.
There is parking out the front of the unit for a car and a small boat.
We also provide a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods for your stay, or a kettle with tea bags or hot chocolate if you prefer.
Please note, we have a TV connected to netflix and the internet for you to enjoy, however it is not connected up for watching regular channels - i.e. TV One, Two or Three.
We live in the house onsite, so we will stay out of your way as much as we can and respect your privacy, if you could do the same for us. And please don't feed the friendly labrador, cat, or the chickens that roam the property :)
