A newly renovated and thoughtfully furnished, comfortable holiday house for four people awaits you at the heart of the holiday town, not far from the North Sea, in the midst of the Elbe-Weser triangle an a large, charmingly laid out garden.
The garden measures 1500m² and is charmingly planted. The furnished terrace with a terrace fireplace and grill invites you to sit and relax.
Apart from two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom, the house provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a party room, a terrace and a big garden. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, measuring 180 x 200cm in the first bedroom and 140 x 200cm in the second. The living room has a comfortable sofa suite and an LCD with satellite channels (Astra and Hotbird). The kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. The highlight of the house is no doubt the indoor swimming pool of around 30m², which is heated by solar panels (from May to October). Free wireless Internet access is available. The flooring (tiles and laminate) is suitable for allergy sufferers. The house has central heating.
It is a non-smoking apartment, but you can smoke in the party room. Hiking, cycling, an active holiday, cultural events or simply relaxing – everything is possible here. The north of Germany, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven in the Elbe-Weser triangle, with its extensive coastal, moor and lakes landscape, will delight you.
