Summary:
Enjoy our lovingly restored, charming mid-century a-frame chalet! 3 bed, 3 bath home with over 2800 square feet on 0.6 acres of forested land. New hot tub! Between our fully equipped kitchen, large den and game room, there are enough beds and living space for two families to comfortably share the house. Lots of windows and two large decks let you enjoy the beautiful forest and views of Mt. Baldy and Goose Pasture Tarn. Wildlife sightings including moose, fox, elk, deer and bear are common!
The Space:
Our house is just 1.8 miles from the chair lift and downtown Breck. A brand new 6-person hot tub was installed in 2019.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property. There are a few locked owners closets. Other than that, the place is theirs to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood consists of a mix of year round residents and short term rental homes and cabins. There are lovely hiking trails just out the front door. You are in the woods with lots of trees on the property, this is a true mountain getaway.
Getting Around:
The road and driveway are plowed, but a car with all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is recommended between October and April. Uber and Lyft are also a popular option here.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
