The Church of Santa Maria del Sasso (a 4-minute drive) is a peaceful hilltop sanctuary offering panoramic views, beautiful frescoes, and a serene atmosphere perfect for quiet reflection. Scherrer Park (a 3-minute drive) is dotted with lemon trees, bamboo groves and statues inspired by classical myths in the grounds of a hillside villa; it feels like a walk in paradise.
The village of Vico Morcote (11 minutes) is equally stunning, set on the hillside above the lake and surrounded by vineyards. Vico Morcote is packed with beautiful Mediterranean architecture and has a different feel from Morcote.
