Step out of the door and directly into the lake at this fantastic lakefront home. Enjoy unobstructed views of Delavan Lake from the great room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meal preparation a breeze. The dining room has a huge farmhouse table so the entire group can gather to eat and there is a large adjoining deck with BBQ grill, additional dining table and outdoor sofa overlooking the lake. There are plenty of places to relax including the great room, a family room/TV room and a comfortable screened porch.
The great room opens to a sleeping loft with 3 twin bunkbeds (sleeps 6 children). Primary bedroom has a king bed, two guest rooms with queen beds and one guest room with a double bed.
This home is the perfect retreat in any season with boating, fishing, and swimming in the summer; ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. We have everything you need to make the most of lake living: private pier, sport court/basketball court, outdoor shower, paddle boards, kayaks, lawn games and an expansive yard, fire pit, and more. There are many nearby bars, restaurants, golf courses, ski hill in the winter, and just ten miles from Lake Geneva.
