The home is located just steps (literally walking distance) to the boat launch and half of the restaurants/ bars on the lake and 2 miles from the Pewaukee town center and beach. You're welcome to park a boat rental or your own boat at our private pier, as well as use our paddle board.
Home specifics: main level features lakeside open concept family room with gas fire place, large screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen with huge island and wall to wall picture windows. Kitchen offers brand new high end appliances including gas stove, fridge with ice maker, beverage fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms and a full bath with shower complete the floor. The upper level features a bedroom and sleeping loft and full bathroom with shower. Laundry available in the lower level. Home is fully stocked for your vacation. Kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, toaster, all utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and more. Towels, bedding, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent also included.
