My house is on the side of the big lake near Kiev. It is a quiet and beautiful place with good neighbors. Distance to centre of Kiev is 25 km. There are a lot of interesting touristic natural sites and shop near the house. Мой дом стоит на берегу большого озера Кочур в окружении живописных холмов и тенистых лиственных рощ. Летом я с удовольствием покажу гостям маршруты пеших прогулок вокруг озера, к близлежащему природному заповеднику или к другим озёрам поблизости. Недалеко от дома - конюшня, страусиная ферма, клуб любителей спортивной рыбалки. По желанию гостей мы можем добраться туда на автомобиле, квадроцикле или велосипедах. Участок более 1 гектара. Здесь разбит парк: плодовые и декоративные деревья и кустарники, пруды с кувшинками. На берегу Вы можете встретить самые красивые рассветы и проводить солнце за горизонт на террасе со стаканчиком берёзового сока или кваса, изготовленного по моей собственной технологии. Имеются в моём подвале и другие напитки из берёзового сока. Но все секреты открываются только гостям. В моём доме 7 спален, гостиная, столовая, кухня, бассейн, сауна, спортзал, бильярд, зал с камином в цокольном этаже, может быть использован для проведения мероприятий.
