The house is located in Perticara a 1000 inhabitants village in the hinterland of Rimini (on the Castle Road) hiking trails, mountain bike trails, racing bike trails, start right in Perticara ,. A climbing park is not 15 minutes away, the outdoor swimming pool with mountain panorama no 10 minutes. In the region there are numerous wineries, as well as several golf courses. The Adriatic coast (Rimini) are also within 30km distance for beach days. San Marino is in the immediate vicinity.
