The Cassiopea flat is on the first floor and is one of the four holiday homes in the Il Giuggiolo structure.
Il Giuggiolo is located in an exclusive and panoramic position, offering an enchanting view of the charming medieval village of Isola di Fano, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. Surrounded by green countryside, it is also an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the Marche region.
A comfortable and spacious living room will welcome you as you enter the flat! A large living room-kitchen furnished with care, with antique furniture and a wall of period English dishes filling and enriching the room. The floor is made of old tiles and warm colours for a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, electric cooker, electric oven and dishwasher, American and Italian coffee machine, toaster, crockery.
The bedroom, with a 1.80m double bed, is designed to offer maximum comfort without skimping on space. The objects present have been chosen with great care: a mirror in antique style with pilasters from the early 17th century, the wardrobe was made from old doors depicting the Annunciation.
The Cassiopea flat has a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The choice of colours and furnishings has been designed to optimise space, leaving nothing to chance! The window is embellished with precious lace and small decorative tassels.
Linen for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and pool towels are available for our guests.
There is air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom, and mosquito nets in all windows and at the entrance.
If necessary we have cot and high chair available, electric and charcoal bbq in common.
In the garden there is a gazebo reserved for the flat with table and chairs.

Small/medium sized pets are welcome (max 1 per flat), we charge extra for final cleaning. As the garden is a shared space with other guests, the dog must be kept on a leash.

Its L-shape is designed to provide a safe, shallow area for children thanks to its shorter side.
The large surface area allows for free swimming, while the relaxation area, with comfortable loungers and parasols, is ideal for enjoying the sun in total tranquillity.

Il Giuggiolo is perfect for sharing pleasant family moments: you can play bocce or giant draughts in the garden.
