The house is just a few quick turns from James White Parkway making it very easy to get to Downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee!
No smoking in home. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee in addition to any costs associated with replacing items damaged by smoke or smoke smell. Pet rules: Only one dog is allowed per reservation. If you have a pet other than a dog, please reach out to me to discuss before booking. Any dog must be house trained and friendly to other dogs and people. No dogs are allowed on the furniture. If you leave the home without your dog, he/she must be crated while you are out of the home.
