Positive: This is a great modern apartment with everything you need. It's conveniently located just a couple of minutes from the beach, a pharmacy, ATM, restaurants, and grocery store. It's a very quiet neighborhood with friendly people. The apartment has roller shutters, which are great for sleeping and provide protection from the hot daytime sun. The neat terrace is perfect for a relaxing evening. The kettle, coffee maker, refrigerators, and other appliances are in very good condition. Special thanks for the welcome set of tea/coffee/water.

Negative: The apartment is equipped with a smart home system with a lot of switches and several remote controls for separate functions. Unfortunately, instructions or descriptions are lacking. The door to the territory and the apartment locks automatically, and if we had forgotten the keys (even by going out onto the terrace), it would have been impossible to get into the apartment.
