Positive: They clearly care about their customers. They responded to any questions and concerns very quickly. We saw there had been some maintenance issues raised by previous customers, but these have been resolved (bathroom floor, shower head) or mitigated (they put fans and air con in the flat to deal with the heat). It's in a good location with easy access to central London and many good restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

Negative: As others have pointed out, it is a hot flat, but in fairness the whole building is hot - you feel it the moment you walk in, so clearly it is a design issue that the owners can't do anything about. If we came in the winter, we'd probably give it 10/10. The flat is as advertised, it is hard to find much fault.
