Our place has beautiful natural light brightening the space, is family-friendly, and pets are welcome with a fee. We are less than two miles from Augusta Medical District and Augusta University, 2.5 miles from Downtown Augusta, 3 miles from Augusta National, and less than 10 miles from Fort Gordon.
The Space:
The layout and amenities in our home are family-friendly. The kitchen includes all new appliances and is equipped with kitchen essentials. Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds, and the third room has a full bed. The living room has a sofa bed for those needing extra space.
Additionally, our home features a screened-in side porch and an outdoor space in the back.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a unique access code to the digital keypad lock.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home throughout the duration of their stay!
The Neighborhood:
This home is nestled in a quiet area of Augusta's Summerville neighborhood (est. 1790) known as "The Hill." Guests will be within walking distance of landmarks such as Walton Way, a main thoroughfare of historic homes, Augusta University and Augusta Country Club. The Augusta Canal at Lake Olmstead Trailhead, Surrey Center, Augusta National, and Downtown Augusta are all within three miles.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
