The Prinetti Castelletti villa complex is divided into several buildings around two courtyards with private parking. The
oldest nucleus dates back to the late 1700s. The villa enjoys a splendid and vast park of 20 hectares with centuries-old
trees, where a walk takes you back in time to imagine ancient carriages travelling up the tree-lined avenue to reach the
main staircase of honour.
A swimming pool and a tennis/football court are available for guests in one area of the park. The villa is located on the
east side of the village of Montesiro di Besana in Brianza, a few kilometres from Monza and about 10 km from the
autodrome. A bar, a pharmacy, a newsagent's and a food minimarket can be found off a pedestrian walkway. Within a
short distance are supermarkets, cinemas and restaurants as well as the nearby tourist towns of Monza and Como,
while Milan is only 33 km away.
The area of Brianza where the villa is located is a particularly green and peaceful area where you can sample ancient
local flavours from the direct sale of fresh fruit and fresh vegetables (an organic one next to the entrance) to local
producers of quality cheeses and meats.
The property is on three levels:
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, small equipped kitchen and small bathroom with an ancient holy water basin.
Second floor: large wardrobe room with built-in cupboards, washing machine and wash basin.
Third floor: hallway, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath.
The dwelling does not have air conditioning, the voluminous stone walls maintain a cool temperature.
