Note: Loft is accessed by a spiral staircase and may not be suitable for small children or people with mobility issues.
Please note: The cottage is in a rural/wooded area. We take all precautions available to keep pests at bay however during the spring and summer there will be mosquitos, black flies and other bugs outside. In the colder months we hire a pest control company to keep mice out but on occasion there have been signs of mice. Guests should keep food in the cupboards.

Summary: We enjoyed 3-generation family time at this cottage. The host Leslie has taken care of every detail, and we really lacked for nothing, even a sewing kit when our daughter needed to repair some pants. We had one challenge with our 6'2" grandson who could not get into the loft area without bumping his head, but slept all right on the couch. Our younger grandkids really enjoyed their privacy in the upstairs loft. Maybe it was the time of year, but the bugs were pretty bad, so we were thankful to play games and have our dinners in the screened in gazebo. It was a good family time for these two seniors.
