Summary: Staff was not welcoming upon check-in. No smile, no greet, and no information about hotel as he gave me the key card other than my room was on the 3rd floor and breakfast is over at 9am. The front desk clerk asked for my card and ID and as I gave him my ID, he said there was no reservation under my name. I explained my ID had my maiden name and I put my reservation under my married last name. He gave me a weird look and seemed like he didn’t trust that I was telling the truth even though I had my confirmation email. The whole experience was weird and he just had terrible customer service to begin with.
