Positive: The flat is in a great position ski in and ski out and just above the town of Cervinia.there is a free bus from the apartment down to the town,and across the road from the property is the lift which will enable you to ski down to the gondola and access the main lift system. There are a couple of good restaurants by the lift (one which sells groceries etc) but to do a big shop would mean going down to Cervinia town which is a long walk down and a very long walk up! Only for the very fit!(we did it!) but there is a regular free bus up and down to the town and this is the way to go! There is also a beginner slope by the side of the property With a travalater if you are a beginner. We were a group of four adults staying here and although there is only one bathroom with a bath and shower we found this totally adequate for our needs.their is plenty of storage space around the apartment and none of us found it cramped. So to sum up,a great little apartment with a nice size balcony and everything you need to prepare your own food or a couple of hundred yards from 2 good restaurants,if you drive there is private parking with electric barriers and the whole complex the flat is in is quiet clean and well run and if you have any problems there is a very friendly caretaker on site. The owner of the flat was very helpful and will answer any questions you have very quickly. We had a super trouble free stay!!
