Chamberlands Elevated is next level in a modern mountain home, elevating a new standard in our Chamberlands homes. You can tell a perfectionist with great taste owns this lovely home! The style is modern farmhouse meets Tahoe, with fresh white walls, black accents and tasteful designer furnishings. The 2nd story great room encompasses the entire upstairs, with windows all around looking out over the forest, giving the space a tree top elevated feel. The great room is centered around a ceramic gas stove which keeps the room toasty, with plenty of seating to relax, watch TV or sit around the classic farm style dining table. The open plan kitchen has black granite counter, modern tile back splash and a large butlers pantry with everything you need to create a feast. Just off the great room is a large deck with a big wooden dining table. Also upstairs is a full bath with a fabulous classic soaking tub.
The three bedrooms are all located downstairs. Each room features designer bed linens and an overall restful palate with upscale bedroom furnishings. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and the final bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a completely updated full bath downstairs as well.
This home has full access to Chamberlands pool beach and tennis in the summer months, with a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes in the summer. The location in the winter is just minutes from Homewood Ski Area. This Chamberlands home rents with a Sunday to Sunday arrival-departure only from the last week of June to last week of August. Only Sunday to Sunday stays will be confirmed during this time frame.
Please be advised the decks and BBQ grill are NOT available during the winter months.
PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.
Life guards will be on duty daily beginning Saturday June 19 through Monday September 6 from 10am to 6pm.
Shuttle Bus will run daily except Tuesdays July 2 thru Sunday August 15 and Sept 4 & 5 from 11am to 5pm.
Membership card required for access to private beach - No Exceptions.
The use of the public beach does not require a membership card.
Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, or 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
