Our house is 45 square meters, and is equipped with everything for 3/4 people. IDEAL FOR 3. Linen is included for bed, kitchen and bathroom and, like plates and glasses, they are all in nautical style.
Easy to keep in order, for those who just want to rest, it is very comfortable and welcoming. The apartment will envelop you in its soft atmosphere and you will relax as it happens to us, who come from Rome every weekend and we just want to relax, a short distance by car or train from the city.
The apartment is on the first floor, in a two-storey area, with internal gardens and in front of a tree-lined avenue, 50 meters from a playground for children and children. It is an apartment facing North West and therefore cool in the summer; in winter it is equipped with electric radiators. The terrace is equipped with a sliding curtain. The kitchenette is complete with oven and refrigerator.
Inside you will find tourist guides for Rome in 4 languages, guides for Cerveteri and the Etruscan circuit, all information for restaurants, sports and reservations, especially our favorites (the good ones but at a good price!)

From 2018 we organize for our guests the trip to Lake Bracciano, with a visit to the castle; a visit with an archaeologist guide to the necropolis of Cerveteri, the largest in the area and to Vulci; the tour of the cellars in the area with tasting of the best local wines; trip to the Cerveteri waterfalls with lunch in a farmhouse with typical products; visit to the castle of Santa Severa with a family beach or for white-sand nudists; horseback riding, mountain bike trails on nature trails. Very low costs for our guests. Our guide Alessandro will accompany you all day. For those who come by train pick up service for luggage and people at the station on request (free).
